We have assisted a real estate developer on the negotiation of the hotel management agreement and ancillary agreements entered into with Pan Pacific Group for the management of a five-star hotel to be developed in Phnom Penh and which will include 226 keys.This hotel will be part of a mixed-use development project and is the first hotel project of Pan Pacific Group in Cambodia.
